Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:


Section 1. Within Area “Y” bounded by: South Negley Avenue, from Ellsworth Avenue to the Negley Avenue Bridge; College Street, from Ellsworth Avenue to Walnut Street; Holden Street, from Maryland Avenue to College Street; Maryland Avenue, from Tay Way to Elmer Street; Pierce Street, from Summerlea Street to College Street; Summerlea Street from Pierce Street to Elmer Street; Alder Street, from Maryland Street to Spahr Street; Elwood Street, from College Street to Lehigh Avenue; Ellsworth Avenue, from Summerlea Street to College Street; and Rosary Way, from Elmer Street to Holden Street; Spahr Street, from College Street to Ellsworth Avenue; and Elmer Street, from Maryland Street to College Street, 5866 Ellsworth Avenue, 5876 Ellsworth Avenue, 5882 Ellsworth Avenue, 5884 Ellsworth Avenue, 5888 ½ Ellsworth Avenue, 5894 Ellsworth Avenue and 5890 ½ Ellsworth Avenue. Also included are all corner properties.
