Title: Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with UPMC Benefits Management Services, Inc. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts in a form authorized by the City Solicitor in order to provide for compensation in the amount of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,859,650.00).  This amount shall be chargeable to and payable from Workers' Compensation Program as follows:  Year 2013: 9993817000.52301.
Section 2.       The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:

Section 3.       Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
