Title
Resolution providing for Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with CERIDIAN Corporation for the purpose of on-going payroll processing services, payroll tax filing services, application outsourcing services and related support services. Cost not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor: CERIDIAN Corporation shall maintain application outsourcing services and hosting services for the performance of payroll services as agreed upon in the contract made between the City of Pittsburgh and the CERIDIAN Corporation on June 24, 2002, at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Account Code 11101.53.53525.109000.2013, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, Budget Year 2013.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:

Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
