Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Gales Consulting Engineers & Land Surveyors, J.R. Gales & Associates, Inc. 2704 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 in the amount of $3,500.00 in payment for a Property, Topographic, and Utilities Survey of Block 81-C, Lot 401 in the 10^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Council District 7 payable from City Clerk Miscellaneous Services.
