Ranick Estate by her son Bruce Ranick Administrator of the Estate, certain property in the 29th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh being parcel 95-F-233 for public purposes as part of the Phillips Park at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to accept a deed from Diane M. Ranick Estate by her son Bruce Ranick, Administrator if the Estate, certain property in the 29th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh being parcel 95-F-233, 2083 Yale Drive, for public purpose to be part of Phillips Park at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

The Property described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT or piece of ground situate in the 29th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being Lots 40 and 41in the Plan of Lots called “Carrick Park Terrace” as laid out by Meyer Werner d/f/a the Grand Realty and Security Company, as recorded in the Office of the Department of Real Estate of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book Volume 30, pages 184, 185 and 186 bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING on the Easterly line of Yale Drive at a point on the dividing line between Lot No 41 and 42 in above said Plan; thence Northeastwardly along said dividing line a distance of 100 feet to a point on the Westerly line of Phillips Park, 95-F-265; thence Northwesterly along said dividing line a distance of 60.0 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots 40 and 39 in said Plan; thence Southwesterly along said lines a distance of 100.0 feet to a point on the Easterly line of Yale Drive; thence Southeastwardly along said line a distance of 53.48 feet to a point at...
