The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from P, Parks District and NDI, Neighborhood Industrial  District, to HC, Highway Commercial District, certain property located on the westerly side of Banksville Road and south of the intersection with Banksville Avenue and identified as Block Number 16-J,  Lots Numbered 56 and 58 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; 20th Ward.
