The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and CIS City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contract or Agreement or Agreements with Granicus, Inc. 568 Howard Street, 3^rd Floor, San Francisco, CA  94105, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase of the software and hardware upgrades and server hosting services of Legistar, the legislative tracking and video streaming technology used by the City Clerk's Office,  in the amount of $24,525.00, chargeable to and payable from City Clerk, Miscellaneous Services, Org. 101200 Budget Year 2012.
