Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.            The Mayor and or his designee is authorized to purchase a building located at 1553 Broadway Avenue (lot/block # (0035-G-00026) in the Beechview neighborhood at a cost not to exceed $360,000.00 payable from the following chart fields:
