Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $16,210.00 to Thomas G. McConnell, Jr., 255 Silverbell Court, West Chester, PA 19380, as mandated for arbitration services in connection with the City of Pittsburgh and IAFF Local 1 Act 111 Health Care Reopener, and charge the same code to 11101.53.53513.108000.2012.
