Resolution vacating Annan Way between North Homewood Avenue and Zenith Way in the 13th, Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Annan Way in the 13th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That vacating Annan Way between North Homewood Avenue and Zenith Way as located in the Mellon Brothers Plan of Homewood, Plan Book Volume 3, Pages 270 & 271 .
All that certain portion of Annan Way, to be vacated, also known as Annan Street and Annan Alley, situate in the 13th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the easterly right of way line of North Homewood Avenue, 50.06 feet wide, and the southerly right of way line of Annan Way, 15.05 feet wide, thence from said point of beginning by the easterly right of way line of North Homewood Avenue N 27º 13' 30” E a distance of 15.02 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of Annan Way. Thence by the northerly right of way line of Annan Way S 63º 09' 00” E a distance of 96.71 feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of Zenith Way 20.02 feet wide; thence by the westerly right of way line of Zenith Way S 27º 13' 30” W a distance of 15.02 feet to a point on the southerly right...
