Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($7,281.25) to Marc S. Itskowitz, M.D., 1307 Federal Street, Suite 304, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 for professional services rendered in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at GD 10-018368 and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
