Resolution amending Resolution No. 228, effective April 27, 2012, entitled “providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment: and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $800,000, so as to reprogram funds in City Council from: so as to transfer funds in City Council from: “Beltzhoover Neighborhood Council” (-$2,000.00), “Bethlehem Haven of Pittsburgh” (-$1,000.00), “Brown Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church” (-$321.09), Central Outreach Resource & Referral Center” (-5,500.00), “Hilltop Community Children's Center” (-$2,000.00) and “Southside Sabers Youth Football” (-$2,000.00); and transfer these funds to “Hill Community Development Corp.” (+$5,500.00), “Northside Coalition on Fair Housing” (+$321.09), “Northside Stallions” (+$1,000.00) and “Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh” (+$6,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 228, effective April 27, 2012, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $800,000.00, charge...
