Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution No. 543, effective September 21, 2012, which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program.
