Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($195,000.00) to Theresa Thornton and Jeremiah Mitchell Co-Administrators of the Estate of Curtis Mitchell, and their attorneys the SPK Law Firm, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in the civil action filed at GD 10-018368 in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, and arising from an alleged incident on February 06, 2010 in the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($195,000.00) payable to Theresa Thornton and Jeremiah Mitchell Co-Administrators of the Estate of Curtis Mitchell, and their attorneys the SPK Law Firm, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in any and all claims filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at GD 10-018368 and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
