Section 1.       The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersin a warrant to be issued in the amount of $2,909.00 to Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, 525 William Penn Place, 30^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, for professional services in connection with benefits and payroll policy review, and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2012.
