Section 1.       The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $3,000.00 to W. Christopher Conrad, 300 Washington Road, Suite 302, Pittsburgh, PA 15216 for professional consulting services associated with anticipated or pending litigation, chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2012.
