BODY
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-M, Residential Single-Unit Attached, Moderate Density and LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial Districts to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial District, all that certain property identified as:

Block Number 174-N, Lot Numbers 182, 186, 187, 188, 190, 192, 194 and 198; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 13th Ward.

Section 2. Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-M, Residential Single-Unit Attached, Moderate Density District to R1A-VH, Residential Single-Unit Attached, Very High Density District, all that certain property identified as:
