Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-6449, from Pintail Group, LLC, Monroeville Mall, Unit 300, Monroeville PA 15146 to Applicant TBM PA01, LLC, 204 Auila Road, West Palm Beach FL 33405; into the premises to be known as The Beer Market, Boggs Building, 110 Federal Street, Pittsburgh PA 15222 pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
Section 2. Request for Approval
Applicant TBM PA01, LLC -which has the mailing address of 204 Auila Road, West Palm Beach FL 33405, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-6449, which is currently, registered to Pintail Group, LLC, Monroeville Mall, Unit 300, Monroeville PA 15146 desires to place restaurant liquor license into the premises known as The Beer Market, Boggs Building, 110 Federal Street, Pittsburgh PA 15222. The proposed interior of the premises is a restaurant business containing 7,101square feet of floor area.
Section 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning The Beer Market, Boggs Building, 110 Federal Street, Pittsburgh PA 15222, intent to the above liquor license.
