Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 855, effective, January 1, 2012, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2012 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring $400,000.00 in bond funds from the "Building Improvements Program" line item to the "Wenzell Avenue/Carnahan Road" line item.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 855, effective, January 1, 2012, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 855, effective, January 1, 2012, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
