Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,425.00 warrant in favor of Roberty S. Gray, 2544 Woodward Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15226, in settlement of a claim for a damaged vehicle due to felled branches from a City-owned tree, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
