Title

Resolution authorizing and directing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Galls, in the amount of Fifty Four Thousand Five Hundred Sixty One Dollars and Six Cents, ($54,561.06), for costs incurred when the current uniform contract expired on March 31, 2012.

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and The Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Galls, in the amount of Fifty Four Thousand Five Hundred Sixty One Dollars and Six Cents, ($54,561.06) for the cost of supplying uniforms to the Pittsburgh Police when the existing contract expired, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following account:  11101.56.56151.230000.2012, Department of Public Safety, Police Bureau.
