Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Patricia McGrail, LLC, Attorney, 1714 Lincoln Way, Pittsburgh,  PA 15131, in the amount of $7,500 in payment of professional legal services for City Council for the sole purpose of filing of an Amicus Brief as it relates to municipal oversight of zoning regulations/Act 13, chargeable to and payable from City Clerk, Miscellaneous Services.
