Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with a qualified third party administrator to administer the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law. Total cost not to exceed $24,849.00.
Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the administration of the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law. Said Agreement or Agreements shall not exceed Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and No Cents ($24,849.00) chargeable to and payable from: Department of Personnel and Civil Commission Account Code 11101.52.52205.109000.2012 ($5,984.00), Account Code 11101.52.52205.109000.2013 ($6,134.00), Account Code 11101.52.52205.109000.2014 ($6,287.00), Account Code 11101.52.52205.109000.2015 ($6,444.00).
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart accounts:

Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
