Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,006.94 warrant in favor of Tonya Session, 1301 Paulson Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15206, and $312.46 in favor of City Treasurer, in settlement of a claim for a damaged vehicle due to felled branches from a City-owned tree, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
