Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from NDI, Neighborhood Industrial District; LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District; and R1A-H, Residential Single Unit Attached High Density District several areas of property adjacent to the existing UPMC-Mercy Hospital campus and located along Forbes Avenue, Locust Street and the Boulevard of the Allies; all to EMI, Educational/Medical Institution District; 1st Ward.
Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, certain property bounded by: Forbes Avenue, Marion Street and the existing EMI zoning district boundary line.

Section 2.

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, certain property bounded by: Locust Street, Van Braam Street, Edna Street and Marion Street.

Section 3.

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from Neighborhood Industrial District to EMI, Educational/Medical Institution District, certain property bounded by Edna Street, the westernmost boundary line of Block No. 11-J, lot number 332 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, Boulevard of the Allies, and Marion Street.

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-H, Residential Single Unit Attached, High Density District to EMI, Educational/Medical Institution District, certain property bounded by the southernmost boundary line of Block No. 11-J, lot number 313-A in the Allegheny Coun...
