Resolution repealing Resolution No. 397, effective July 9, 2012 , entitled "Resolution further amending Resolution No.703, effective October 17, 2011, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2011 Capital Budget and the 2011 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2011 through 2016 Capital Improvement Program," by increasing the "Park Reconstruction" line item by $56,565.00 from $780,000.00 to $836,565.00" by repealing it in its entirety.
