Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R-12817, from Damon's in Collier, Inc. - 1595 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA. to Chough Restaurant Group, Inc., 216 Urick Lane, Monroeville, PA 15146 into the premises to be known as Saimin Pittsburgh, - 4923 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-12817, from Damon's in Collier, Inc. - 1595 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA to Applicant Chough Restaurant Group, Inc., 216 Urick Lane, Monroeville, PA 15146 into the premises to be known as Saimin Pittsburgh, 4923 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224 pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
Section 2. Request for Approval
Applicant Chough Restaurant Group, Inc.-which has the mailing address of 216 Urick Lane, Monroeville, PA 15146, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-12817, which is currently, registered to Damon's in Collier, Inc. - 1595 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA desires to place restaurant liquor license into the premises known as Saimin Pittsburgh - 4923 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224. The proposed interior of the premises is a restaurant business containing 2,790 square feet, containing a basement, 1st and 2nd floor.
Section 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Saimin Pittsburgh - 4923 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, intent to the above liquor license.
