Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of 3,714.55 to R. Paul McCauley, Ph.D. FACFE, 4620 Lucerne Road, Indiana, PA, 15701, for witness fees and expenses in connection to civil case filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, at 2:10-cv-01335 and charge the same code to 11101.58.53513.108000.2012.
