Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-12608, from Rimark Incorporated - Foster Plaza Bldg No. 7 1st Floor, 661 Andersen Drive, Pittsburgh PA. 15220 to Applicant Matteo's, LLC, 3615 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 into the premises to be known as Matteo's, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Section 2. Request for Approval

Applicant Matteo's -which has the mailing address of 3615 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-12608, which is currently, registered to Rimark Incorporated - Foster Plaza Bldg No. 7 1st Floor, 661 Andersen Drive, Pittsburgh PA. 15220 desires to place restaurant liquor license into the premises known as Matteo's - 3615 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201. The proposed interior of the premises is a restaurant business containing 1,800 square feet of the first floor of three story structure.

Section 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Matteo's - 3615 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201, intent to the above liquor license.
