Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R-7542 from M.H.P. Corporation t/a Benito's, Olympia Shopping Center, McKeesport, PA 15132 to Applicant Fifth Avenue Pub, LLC, 1010 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 into the premises to be known as Fifth Avenue Pub pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R- 7542 from M.H.P. Corporation t/a Benito's, Olympia Shopping Center, McKeesport, PA 15132 to Applicant Fifth Avenue Pub, LLC, 1010 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 into the premises to be known as Fifth Avenue Pub pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
Section 2. Request for Approval
Applicant Fifth Avenue Pub, LLC,-which has the mailing address of 1010 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-7542, which is currently, registered to M.H.P. Corporation t/a Benito's, Olympia Shopping Center, McKeesport, PA 15132 desires to place restaurant liquor license into the premises known as Fifth Avenue Pub, LLC, 1010 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. The proposed interior of the premises is to be used as a sports grill, bar and lounge.
Section 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Fifth Avenue Pub, LLC, 1010 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, intent to the above liquor license.
