Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreement(s) and to provide administrative/operating expenses, including but not limited to, rehabilitation, operation, homeless prevention, rapid re-housing, data collection and essential services and other miscellaneous expenses associated with the Emergency Solutions Grant funds, (formerly known as Emergency Shelter Grant Funds), at a cost not to exceed $1,302,229.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with agencies that operate Emergency Shelters and drop-in centers and other services for the homeless in the City of Pittsburgh, so as to provide for the payment of rehabilitation, operations, homeless prevention, rapid re-housing, data collection, essential services and other miscellaneous expenses of said agencies, at a cost not to exceed $1,302,229.00, chargeable to and payable from the Emergency Solutions Grant Program.
