Resolution amending Resolution No. 855, effective January 1, 2012 entitled "Adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2012 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring $250,000 of CDBG funds from the Public Works's Building Improvements Program to the Department of Law for the purpose of updating the Disparity Study.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 855, effective January 1, 2012, which presently reads as per Current Budget column, is hereby amended to read per "Revised Budget" column:
