Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1D-H, Residential Single-Unit Detached, High Density District, to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, certain property located on the easterly side of Underwood Street and identified as Block Number 138-B, Lots Numbered 300, 301, and 302 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; and Block Number 138-A, Lot Number 280 in the aforesaid system; 32nd Ward.
