Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) in form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the transfer of $750,000 by URA to the City to be used to pay part of the cost to construct public space improvements as part of the Gardens at Market Square Tax Increment Financing Plan.
