Resolution providing for a contract(s) or an agreement(s) with the Northside Leadership Conference for housing and development services on Lanark Street in the Fineview neighborhood and on Woodland and Shadeland Avenues in the Brightwood and providing for the payment of the cost thereof; cost shall not exceed $225,000.00.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract(s) or an agreement(s) in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Northside Leadership Conference for housing and development services in two locations;
1. Lanark Street in the Fineview neighborhood at a cost of $100,000
2. Woodland and Shadeland Avenues in the Brightwood neighborhood at a cost of $125,000.
The total cost shall not exceed Two Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000), chargeable to and payable from the following job numbers;
