Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Borough of Ingram in connection with the paving of Berry Street and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, by the Borough, to the City for the costs associated with the paving of the Borough's portion of Berry Street.  The estimated cost of preparation and completion of work is Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty One Dollars ($57,541.00).  Said funds to be deposited into the following revenue account:
