Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, c/o Crystal H. Thornton-Illar, 525 William Penn Place, 30^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at Case No. 10-26337-JAD, Adversary Proceeding No. 12-02050 and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2012.
