Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the CIty of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Executive Director of the Urban Redevelopment Authority on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into contract or contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, for the execution of the Overbrook TOD Development Design Study.  The total cost shall not exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) chargeable to and payable from the Overbrook TOD Development Design Study program line item in the 2012 Capital Budget URA Job #8226746812.
