Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) in connection with the 2012 Pittsburgh Partnership Summer Youth Program and Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to support the DiverseCity 365 Living Legend Honors and Inclusion Series.

The Grant Agreement shall be approved to as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into JDE Account 92400079.50000.00 0929400079.



Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission are hereby further authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for any or all services and/or goods and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield .
