Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to pay over to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the sum of Sixty-one Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty-four Dollars and One Cent ($61,654.01) TO BE DETERMINED BY CITY FINANCE DEPARTMENT on or before April 13^th 2012 as follows:

Warrants Outstanding General Fund      $ 20,284.45
