Resolution amending Resolution No. 765, effective November 12, 2010, amending Resolution No. 363, effective May 26, 2003, entitled "Resolution providing for funding for matching grants with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources" for the purpose of analyzing and managing the natural systems of the City's Parks and open spaces of the City of Pittsburgh, by reprogramming a portion of funds for multimodal transportation system planning relative to the City's Parks and open spaces. The purpose of this amendment is to document that an account referenced in the earlier legislation was devoid of any funds.

Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 765, effective November 12, 2010, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1, is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.

Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 765, effective November 10, 2010, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.


Attachment 1

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to provide "funding for matching grants" with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and separate project funding for MOVEPGH multimodal transportation system planning, to enter into Agreement or Agreements, or contract, or use existing Agreement(s) or contract(s) with consultant, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of analyzing and managing the natural systems of the City's Parks and open spaces of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, and planning for increased accessibility to those lands within a multimodal transportation system, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
