Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 768 of 2009, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.


Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 768 of 2009, effective, January 1, 2010, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
