Section 1.      Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc., 606 Liberty Avenue, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA  15222-2721, in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) for professional services rendered in connection with real estate tax assessment matters for the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable to and payable from Organization 11101.53.53901.108000.2012.
