Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with East End Cooperative Ministry, St. Vincent de Paul, Joshua Development Corporation and Operation Safety Net for administrative, operating essential services, and/or renovation costs for shelters serving the homeless under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $210,835.00 chargeable to and payable from the S.E.S.G.P:
