Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. For the area bounded by: South Negley Avenue, from Ellsworth Avenue to
the Negley Avenue Bridge; College Street, from Ellsworth Avenue to Walnut Street; Holden Street, from Maryland Avenue to College Street; Maryland Avenue, from Tay Way to Elmer Street; Pierce Street, from Summerlea Street to College Street; Summerlea Street, from Pierce Street to Ellsworth Avenue; Alder Street, from Maryland Street to Spahr Street; Elwood Street, from College Street to Lehigh Avenue; Ellsworth Avenue, from Summerlea Street to College Street; and Rosary Way, from Elmer Street to Holden Street; Spahr Street, from College Street to Ellsworth Avenue; and Elmer Street, from Maryland Street to College Street. Also included are all corner properties identified on the attached map.
