Miller, Jr. Esquire, 106 Rampart Lane, Ligonier, PA 15658, in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Six Hundred Four Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($5,604.13) for arbitration services rendered in connection with the FOP Interim Health Care Award, chargeable to and payable from Organization 11101.54.54513.108000.2012.
