Resolution vacating of a portion of North Atlantic Avenue (cul-de-sac) in the 10th Ward, 9 Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of North Atlantic Avenue in the 10th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Vacating a portion of North Atlantic Avenue as described:
ALL THAT CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY or piece of ground situate in the 10 th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being part of the Garfield Heights Plan Revision No. 3 recorded in Plan Book Volume 266, Page 118 being Parcel B-R2 Revised and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the Easterly right-of-way of North Atlantic Avenue of variable width and the Northerly right-of-way of Cornwall Street, 52.0 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by a line through North Atlantic Avenue the following three (3) courses and distances: North 79° 44' 20" West a distance of 45.0 feet , to a,point; thence North 10° 15' 40" East a distance of 1.0 feet to a point; thence North 79° 44' 20" West
a distance of 25.0 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of North Atlantic Avenue; thence Northwardly by the right-of-way line of North Atlantic Avenue the following nine (9) courses and distance...
