Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to establish and administer a program to assist owner-occupants of residential properties located in the City of Pittsburgh in pursuing assessment appeals of the 2012 reassessed values which will be implemented in 2013, including, but not limited to, entering into agreements for professional services with certified appraisers, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance, Miscellaneous Services Account number 11101.53.53101.107000.2012.
