Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Fitch Ratings in an amount not to exceed seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00), in payment of the Pittsburgh (PA) GO Bonds Series 2010 rating fee; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 107000, Subclass 150, Year 2011, in the Department of Finance
