Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $13,448.00 warrant in favor of Mingo Creek Construction, LP, c/o Kinga N. Blum, P.O. Box 385 Meadow Lands, PA 15347, in settlement of damaged equipment at construction site on Interstate Route 22 by a City ES vehicle, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
